Screening Exchanged held a test screening for what ended up being INCEPTION in the Chicago Area... Most of the time they only do things in LA or NYC areas... Now I was emailed my pass FROM THEM... and I emailed them and told them that customer service is an issue. Someone responded and swore at me... I have copies of this email...
It is really enraging... As much as I want to see Inception I am almost tempted not to(even though my $10 won't matter to the final outcome)... For a company that is so integral to the success or failure of the product of movie making, you would think that this company would give a damn.
